First-time user?

We recommend you to start by chewing (also called ‘quidding’) dried leaves. This method should give most users the desired effects. After trying quidding a few times, you can decide if you want to move on to smoking leaves or extracts for more intense (but shorter-lasting) effects.

It’s very important to stick to the dosage chart displayed on each product page, especially if you are just starting out. We always recommend starting with a light dose, and then slowly working upwards. Taking too much salvia frequently results in negative and dysphoric experiences. When used carefully and correctly, it can instead give you a positive, healing experience.
