We recommend you to start by chewing (also called ‘quidding’) dried leaves. If you don’t like the thought of quidding leaves, there is the 2.5:1 tincture. Using this tincture is comparable to quidding dried leaves.
It is very important to stick to the dosage chart displayed on each product page, especially if you are just starting out. We always recommend starting with a light dose, and then slowly working upwards. Taking too much salvia frequently results in negative and dysphoric experiences. When used carefully and correctly, it can instead give you a positive, healing experience.
