Refund and Returns Policy
Generally, we refund all orders that are returned to us unopened and undamaged. Next to that, we also refund orders shipped with tracking that do not arrive within 45 days from the day of shipping.
When an order gets back to us, we do our best to refund it as soon as possible. After we initiate the refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive a confirmation mail of the refund.
In general we do not refund shipping costs, unless the shipping of the package fails because of an error on our part.

Refunds
Orders shipped without tracking
Since there is no way to independently verify the whereabouts of orders shipped without tracking, we only refund these when they are returned to us. If you want your order to be eligible for a refund when it gets lost or takes too long to arrive, please consider choosing shipping with tracking.
Orders shipped with tracking
If an order shipped with tracking does not arrive within 45 days from the day of shipping, it is eligible for a refund. Please contact us to apply for this.
Returns
Orders returned by the customer
A product can be returned within 45 days from the day of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition as when you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us before returning a product. Our return address can be found on the shipping label.
Orders returned due to being undeliverable
When an order is undeliverable for some reason, it usually gets returned to sender. We will refund your order when it gets back to us.
