Effects
A trip caused by quidding (chewing) the leaves will take 1 to 3 hours. The effects start after 10 to 20 minutes and can build up pretty quickly. They then settle at a plateau, which can take anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes. The effects then gradually subside over an additional 30 to 90 minutes.
The dried leaves can also be smoked, which results in a shorter trip but more intense effects. In total the trip will take about 30 minutes to an hour. The effects do not have a gradual onset: after smoking one will notice effects within 1 minute. These build up very quickly, leading to a peak of about 5 to 10 minutes. After that the effects will gradually subside over the course of 20 to 30 minutes.

This dosing table was created by the Reddit community of /r/Salvia. It is based on trip reports and information from various reliable sources. We highly recommend you to stick to this table and start with threshold or low doses, especially if you are a beginning user. If too much salvia is taken, it can lead to a negative and dysphoric experience. If you find the effects of the initial dose too mild, you can always increase the dose.
Be aware that milligram scales cannot accurately measure below 10 mg. A threshold dose, for example, is only accurately measurable with a milligram scale when using dried leaves.

Dear everybody, I know this website might look a bit questionable, but don’t sweat it; everything’s genuine! I’ve ordered the dried leaves twice off of here, and it’s a nice high; quite trippy but relaxing. For more intense trips, you could use 10x – 80x, but I love the dried leaves so much and the amount of it that comes. It’s quite intoxicating, but not extreme to where I can’t enjoy myself. I prefer to chew it. And I’m truly sold on it! When I first ordered it, it came in about 15 days! If yours takes longer, just be patient; it’ll get there, be on the lookout!

Quality salvia. you don’t need extracts the dried leaves are plenty potent. I got some 40x and the dried leaves are so potent I don’t think I should even try the 40x as long as you are doing it right a few grams or less of dried leaves is enough to trip. Love this site, they even have a users guide that every new user/sitter should read through. good stuff salviaseller.
