We always recommend new users to read the offical User’s Guide. It is an elaborate guide that gives you all the information on salvia that you need to use it safely and effectively.

Our salvia comes from Oaxaca, Mexico.

No, we don’t grow the plants ourselves.

The effects of taking salvia divinorum depend on the way you consume it. Smoking it often leads to more intense and striking effects than chewing it. Possible effects include:

  • Derealization and loss of identity

  • Feeling as if one is an object

  • Out-of-body experience

  • Overlapping realities, the feeling of being in several places at once

  • Delay of time perception

  • Uncontrollable laughter

  • The feeling that the body is bent or pulled by different forces

  • Visual effects consisting of two-dimensional surfaces

  • Speaking an unintelligible ‘gibberish’ language

  • Visiting places from the past, especially from childhood

This depends on the way you consume the salvia. Smoking it will result in effects lasting about 10 minutes, while chewing can cause a trip of more than 2 hours.

For smoking, the effects kick in after about 30 seconds. If you’re chewing the salvia, it will take about 5-10 minutes.

Ordering

In our shop you can pay with all major credit and debit cards. We also accept the cryptocurrencies Bitcoin and Monero.

Please note that refunds for orders paid with cryptocurrency will be paid in Bitcoin (not in Monero). You will receive a link to a page where you can enter the Bitcoin address to which you want us to send the refund.

Most of these should work if the balance on the card is sufficient. If you encounter a problem during payment, please contact us through our Contact Form.

All prices on our site are in US dollar.

After clicking Proceed to checkout you will be redirected to a domain we use specifically for payments. This it to ensure a safe and discreet payment process.

We label our salvia as ‘green tea’ to ensure a discreet payment and shipping process.

We do not give out samples. If you’re insecure about buying or using salvia, we reommend you to first order the smallest quantity possible of the product you want to try it out.

Currently we do not have any discounts or coupon codes. We might have those in the future.

Shipping & Tracking

Shipping within Europe normally takes 3-5 business days from the moment we ship your order. For the US and Canada, it is 4-9 business days.

For the rest of the world, packages usually don’t take more than 3 weeks to arrive. Please look at this page on the site of PostNL (the postal company we work with) for the estimated delivery times per country.

Note that there is a possibility that your package will be delayed. A list of current international service alerts including the estimated delays can be found here.

It usually takes 1 to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation mail on the day we ship your order.

Please check whether shipping to your country is delayed here.
 
If the shipping time of your order exceeds that estimate, it is unlikely that your package will still arrive. That could mean your package was either lost or returned to sender. If it was lost, you can only get a refund if your order was shipped with tracking. If it was shipped without tracking, there is nothing we can do. We do not refund lost packages without a tracking code.
 
However, most extremely delayed orders take so long because they are being returned to sender for some reason. This happens for example when the package has an invalid shipping address or when the recipient was not at home at the time of delivery. When we receive your order back we immediately refund your full payment.

We ship from The Netherlands.

We ship worldwide, except for some countries which (temporarily) do not accept international deliveries. A regularly updated list of these countries can be found on the site of the postal company we work with (PostNL).

Our packages are delivered by the national postal service of the shipping country. For example, all packages to the US are delivered by USPS.

No, you don’t need to sign for the delivery of your order.

Most orders are shipped in a bubble mailer. Large orders (e.g. 500 grams of dried leaves) are shipped in a cardboard box.

No, we label the salvia as ‘green tea’ and do not put our company name on the package. The zip bags inside the package also have a small sticker with our logo on it (without text). The extracts have an additional sticker indicating the strength (10x, 20x etc.).

It is your own responsibility to check the legality of our products in your country/state. We ship worldwide and cannot keep track of all regulations for every country.

For orders of a normal size, we charge $4.50 for shipping without tracking, and $8.50 for shipping with tracking. For larger we order, we shipping fee can be higher.

We offer shipping with tracking to a select group of countries. You can check whether your country is available for tracking here (select ‘Delivery times cross border’ and look under the column ‘Packet Tracked’).

If tracking is avalaible for your country, the option will be visible during checkout. In the case tracking is available for your country but you don’t see an option for it during checkout, please contact us.

You can track your order by using the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation mail. You will receive this mail on the day we ship your order.

Unfortunately it’s not possible to add tracking to an existing order. Instead, we can cancel and refund your order so you can make a new one that includes tracking.

No, we do not. We only offer shipping with or without tracking. Sometimes one of those options is (slightly) faster than the other. You can check the estimated delivery times for both options here (compare the columns ‘Letters and (letterbox) Packets Priority’ and ‘Packet Tracked’).

Refunds & Returns

If your order was shipped with tracking, you have the right to a refund if the order takes longer than 45 days to arrive (after the day of shipping).

If your order does not have tracking, there is unfortunately nothing we can do. We do not refund orders without tracking unless they are returned to us (either by you or by the postal company).

Miscellaneous

We are not interested in any deals or offers concerning salvia or related products. We do have an interest in collaborations that concern promotion of products or the writing of articles. If you want to do such a collaboration, don’t hesitate to contact us through our Contact Form.
